With Essential Oils of: 

Lavender French (Lavandula angustifolia) Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) Marjoram (Origanum marjorana) Melissa (Melissa officinalis) Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis) 

Use: 3-5 drops in a vaporiser or oil burner.

4 drops with 10mL of carrier oil for massage and apply to temples and neck.
